This Refund Policy explains the general refund approach for website design, website building, landing pages, website redesign, service pages, local SEO setup, contact forms, website maintenance, and related services provided or discussed by Jordan Smith Web Design.

General Policy

Website design services are custom creative and technical services based on planning, strategy, communication, design work, layout creation, content organization, revisions, platform setup, and client instructions. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work, time spent, deliverables prepared, revisions completed, third-party costs, and agreed project scope.

If Work Has Not Started

If a client has paid for a website service and work has not started, a refund may be considered. The client should contact Jordan Smith Web Design as soon as possible.

If Work Has Already Started

If planning, research, content organization, design work, page building, platform setup, form setup, SEO setup, revisions, or project management has already started, a partial or no refund may apply depending on time spent and work completed.

Completed Services

Completed website pages, delivered designs, launched websites, completed landing pages, completed forms, completed SEO setup, completed redesign work, completed consultations, completed revisions, and delivered website materials are generally not refundable once provided.

Deposits

If a deposit is required for a project, the deposit may be non-refundable once project planning, scheduling, design work, page building, or other preparation begins. Deposit terms should be confirmed directly before work starts.

Monthly Maintenance

For recurring maintenance services, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the agreed service period, work already performed, scheduled updates, third-party costs, and any terms confirmed directly with the client.

Client Delays

Refunds may not be available for delays caused by missing content, incomplete instructions, late responses, unavailable files, missing platform access, incorrect information, delayed approvals, or changes requested after work has started.

Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, premium themes, plugins, website builder subscriptions, stock images, fonts, software subscriptions, payment processor fees, outside vendor costs, or platform fees are subject to the third party's own refund policy and may not be refundable through Jordan Smith Web Design.

No Guarantee of Results

Jordan Smith Web Design does not guarantee Google rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, conversions, platform approval, customer response, or business growth. Lack of a specific result does not automatically create a refund right for work already performed.

Please include: full name, business name (if applicable), phone number, email address, date of payment, service requested, reason for refund request, and any relevant supporting details.

Refund Review

Jordan Smith Web Design will review refund requests based on service status, work performed, time spent, deliverables prepared, third-party costs, and the agreed scope.
